LDK Solar Announces 12 million American Depositary shares, as well as the provision of public extension pricing

LDK 1 2011 Solar Co., Ltd. (NYSE: LDK) (“LDK Solar”), a leading vertically integrated manufacturer of solar photovoltaic products and capacity, the leading manufacturer of ingots, today priced follow-on offering of 12,000,000 American Depositary Shares (“ADS”), each representing one ordinary share at a price of $ 12.40 per ADVERTISING to the general public. By offering extended context, LDK Solar is also granted the underwriters the over allotment option-you can purchase additional 1,800,000 ADS.
