LDK Solar announces that the proposed provision of RMB-denominated senior notes US $ settled

(“LDK Solar”) announced today that it intends to offer on the market and other conditions of RMB-denominated senior notes US $ settled (the “Submissions”), pursuant to Regulation S of the 1933 amended (“Securities Act”) and the United States Securities Law. Notes guaranteed by certain subsidiaries of the coast, LDK Solar (“secondary guarantees”). The interest rate, price and other conditions are stipulated by the LDK Solar and notes to insurers. LDK Solar is planning to use the net proceeds of the offering to pay certain of its existing indebtedness not exceeding a period of one year, with the remaining maturities.
