NANJING, China, 3. Nov 2010/PRNewswire-Asia/–Kiinan Sunergy co., Ltd. (Nasdaq: SHALL) (“the people’s Republic of China Sunergy” or the “company”) a leading manufacturer of solar cell and module based in Nanjing, China, announced today that it has completed 100% of the CEEG (Shanghai) the divestiture of the acquisition of Solar Science & Technology co., Ltd and CEEG (Nan Jing) new Energy co., Ltd. two module manufacturers had previously linked to the Company prior to the acquisition. China Sunergy acquired through the acquisition of a total annual capacity is 480 MW module, is greater than the previous declaration is to be mentioned.
